I left thinking the branch was closed. Was IT?
Only Bank of America branch where the tellers are unfriendly and condescending. If you enjoy going into your local bank and getting great service this is NOT the place for you. Worth noting this is the only Bank of America I have ever had reoccurring poor customer service at, every other branch the experience has always been splendid.
While I would like to say very terrible thing about BOA... The staff in this branch is very helpful and caring. I cannot wait to visit again and steal all of your candy.
Did I make a mistake today? I went to that Ashland branch bank around Two this afternoon and the doors were locked. There was a person in the ATM and there were cars at the teller window but I thought that was an ATM window for cars.
