They don't check the website and therefore do not keep up with website orders. After missing a delivery that was ordered through their website that specifically RECOMMENDS USING THE WEBSITE TO ORDER FLOWERS, a phone call was made by the person who ordered the flowers and she was told it was her fault for using the website! No apology, no offer to deliver the flowers late and certainly no offer to send the flowers for free. Don't use this florist.
I have done business with the Talvy family since 1981 they have always been so amazing back in the day you could call and order and Mr. Talvy would not take payment and mail you a invoice my point is he trusted everyone God bless him a great man and his son David great people and family
