Have always had a good experience here. (4 or 5 cuts, 2 foils) Gotten exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. Just what you would expect at Cost Cutters. I've waited 20 or so minutes for a walk in, it's easier to call ahead.
I have been there a few times and gotten mediocre haircuts. My last visit I had a very poor cut. I don't think I will be going back there.
I have been there for two simple haircuts and have been hacked at by people who just talk and don't give what you ask for. No more!
