Very friendly, excellent customer service. I still go someplace else to buy Fromm since Pet Supplies Plus doesn't carry it, but everything else I started to buy here, great prices
Very satisfied with the new store! I came in with my Doberman just looking to check out the new store. I also wanted to try a new bag of dog food for my picky eater who often regurgitates her food. Kevin (per my receipt- hope that's correct) helped me so much explaining the different dog food available. He encouraged me to try a bag of Redford Naturals (which I had never heard of). My girl absolutely loved it and kept it down thus far. After researching it a bit, it does seem to be a very high quality brand just for the store chain- made in the USA. All of the other employees we met were so friendly. We will definitely be back soon.
Love the convenience of
having this store in town. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable!! They even offer price match. Though I must say, the dog food I buy is cheaper here than the other pet stores.
