Every time I look up the site to get the phone number for Ashland Mini-Storage, I'm very sad to see Dan's post. I wish it could somehow be deleted because the Family who runs this business owns and operates it with great care. It's unfortunate that Dan had such a personal vendetta against this Family run business that he wanted to tarnish their reputation. I understand that this vendetta of his also includes other local businesses and residents in the area which is very unfortunate. I have been renting a storage unit for almost 10 years at Ashland Mini-Storage and have been extremely satisfied. I always feel safe going there at any time of the day. The lighting is great and the property is always clean. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Early Sunday morning, motorcycles roar out of here and up and down Nickerson Rd. as fast as they can, then back in, hiding with impunity, in a sheltered hidey hole.
Very safe and clean!!! You'll never meet nicer people!! I'v been renting there for over 10 years & like it a lot.
This is a regular occurrence. Friday night, Saturday and Sunday are brutal thanks to this place.
